At Arbor Grove Ceramics, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. LOCAL PICK UP:

If you live in the Portland, OR area and would like to pick up your order enter the code 'PDXlocal' at checkout. I will reach out to coordinate a time for you to pick-up at my studio in NE Portland!

SHIPPING:

Arbor Grove Ceramics is not responsible for items stolen or lost during the shipping process. Please reach out to USPS directly with shipping information if these issues occur. If you find that your piece has broken or is damaged due to shipping, please contact me within three business days with photos of the damage. I will either send you a replacement or refund you.

Also, please note that I ship my pieces in earth friendly materials. The packing paper is recyclable, naturally biodegradable and compostable. The packing peanuts are made of cornstarch and can be dissolved in water or tossed in the compost bin!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Because Arbor Grove Ceramics is a small business, all sales are final. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. I strive to ensure everyone who purchases one of my pieces is happy, so please contact me if there is a problem with your order. Every piece is handmade by me and each item will have some variation on size, shape and design.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR PIECE:

All of Arbor Grove Ceramics are made of durable stoneware and food-safe glaze. These ensure every piece can stand up to daily use. All pieces are microwave and dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to help your piece stay strong and happy!
